The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) says it has started recruiting attorneys to defend the victory of its candidate, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo from being stolen.

Sofa said the flow changed into to protect its mandate from the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Andy Uba, who has promised to contest the result of the just concluded election in courtroom.

Former National Chairman of APGA, Senator Victor Umeh who said this at a press briefing at Aguluizigbo in the Anaocha Local Government Area of the kingdom, derided the APC candidate, announcing that Anambra State was not Imo.

Umeh who described the litigation hazard as an empty one said APGA attorneys were geared up to satisfy Uba in court.

He urged the humans of the state, specially APGA supporters no longer to lose sleep over such threats.

Umeh said: “Our attorneys are completely prepared for the challenge, any time Uba is ready. Uba has no mandate to reclaim due to the fact the human beings of Anambra voted for APGA.

“The election happened in all of the 21 local government regions in the state and he didn’t win any council region, so what is he going to court to do?”

“The outcome of the election became a real reflection of what Anambra humans need. Anambra people didn’t give Andy Uba any mandate. They wanted Soludo, and they voted for him vastly.

“We are used to such instances. I had been in politics for more than twenty years, so, APGA isn't frightened of going to court docket with Andy Uba. Nothing will make Anambra people to vote for a party that has not anything to offer,” Umeh.

“The Nigeria Judiciary isn't always an undertaker. Please tell him, we are expecting him in court. Anambra is not Imo State, wherein a fourth candidate in election abruptly became a governor,” Umeh stated.
