Why we can no longer campaign for Tinubu’s Again– Northern APC Christians said.

CHRISTIANS of Northern extraction in the All Progressive Congress (APC) have said they can never again lobby for the party's official competitor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, in light of his decision of a Muslim running mate.

They spread the word about this situation in a report gave to columnists, on Tuesday, following a crisis meeting of the gathering in Abuja where the issue of the strict colouration of the APC's official ticket and its suggestion for the country was on the front burner.

As per the report together endorsed by Prof. Doknan Sheni (Chairman) and

General Ishaya Bauka (Secretary), the gathering made sense of that Tinubu's determination of a Muslim running mate had exasperated the Christians in the North, and depicted the APC as a party that is coldhearted toward their desires.

That's what it cautioned assuming the determination of Senator Kashim Shettima as the party's bad habit official inhabitant competitor isn't turned around before July 15, there would be serious and grave results.

The report read, "The christian legislators in the nineteen (19) Northern States inside APC met in Abuja to ponder on the issue of the party's Muslim - Muslim president and VP up-and-comers and the ramifications for the country.

"The gathering chose as follows: that as Christians inside APC, we mightn't in that frame of mind to our hearts and our confidence at any point go to our different voting public to lobby for a Muslim - Muslim ticket.

"Nigeria is a multi strict and a sacred majority rules system and NOT a religious government. The ongoing political environment of the country is not the same as what happened in 1993 and in this way a Moslem ticket is unsuitable.

"The choice of a Moslem bad habit official up-and-comer depicted harshness toward the Christians in the Nation

"The apprehension about the Christians in the north and the country overall is that the APC party will be seen as an Islamic party, and that the Muslim - Muslim ticket was impractical in 2015, for what reason would it be a good idea for it to be conceivable in 2023?

"All the more in this way, that we are uncertain that the individual picked could have contributed to the Chibok young ladies' adventure and other dread exercises.

"Muslim - Muslim ticket would sabotage the political decision chances of Christians competitors in APC in the different states in the North.

"The Christians in the north and the entire country are exceptionally irritated, taking into account that the director of the party is a Muslim, delegate executive (North) is a Muslim, the leader of the Senate is a Muslim, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives are Muslims, and presently both the official and bad habit official competitors are Muslims.

"Aside from this abusing the constitution area 14 subsection 3, if this somehow managed to be turned around that every one of these were Christians, could any Muslim in the North at any point have the option to offer the APC official passes to any Muslim Ummah?

"In the event that this determination of a Muslim Vice President up-and-comer isn't changed, there will be serious and grave results.

"During this snapshot of public danger, what ought to be foremost in Nigeria is solidarity and not framework or economy. For without solidarity we can't fabricate.

"Any party or up-and-comer that hoists the insatiability of a couple of over the requirements of the many should not be running the issues of Nigeria."
